What we do
We are here to help you pay for your education at Wrenford Polytechnic. Our office guides you through every step of finding and managing your money. We can help you apply for government student loans and grants, explore bursaries and scholarships, set up tuition payment plans, and understand your fees. We do not charge a fee to visit us or book an appointment.
If you are unsure where to start, book a one-on-one session with a financial advisor. We can review your budget, explain your aid options, and walk you through the application process.

Find funding
Government student loans and grants provide aid based on your financial need. You must apply through the provincial college application service or the federal government portal. We can help you complete your application and check your eligibility.
Scholarships and bursaries are awarded based on your grades, background, or financial situation. You can apply for entrance awards automatically, or submit separate applications for need-based bursaries. We also run a food bank in the Student Union Building for students facing short-term hardship.
Pay your fees
Tuition and ancillary fees are due before the term starts. Domestic students can split their payments into four monthly instalments. International students pay by term or use our secure online payment partner.
Payment plans let you avoid a large lump-sum payment. The plan is available for domestic students only and carries no extra fees.
Managing your aid
Track your application from submission to disbursement. We will confirm your enrolment before any government funds are released.
Report a change in financial circumstances
If your family income or dependants change, tell us immediately. Your aid amount may increase or decrease.
An overaward happens when you receive more aid than you need. We will explain how to pay it back or apply for a payment plan.
If you drop classes or leave the college, your aid may be adjusted. Learn the deadlines and how to avoid unexpected charges.
