Registrar

What we do

The Registrar's Office is your main point of contact for academic records, registration, and college policies. Harriet Quinlan, the Registrar, leads a team that keeps your official academic file secure and makes sure you follow the rules for courses, grades, and graduation. You can reach us in Hollis Hall on the Benchlands Campus, or call the main line and ask for the Registrar.

When we are open

We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the academic term. If you need help outside these hours, you can submit a service request through myWrenford or email our office. During busy periods like the start of a term, please allow extra time for replies.

Registration and program changes

We manage course registration, waitlists, and changes to your program of study. If you need to drop or withdraw from a course, or apply for a leave of absence, our office handles the paperwork and updates your academic standing. For help with course selection, contact your academic advisor or visit the Academic calendar to see important dates.

Fees and financial matters

While the Student Financial Aid office manages bursaries and loans, the Registrar's Office tracks tuition payments and issues official fee receipts. You can view your account balance and pay fees through the student portal. Learn more about Tuition & Fees and how to apply for student financial aid.

Transcripts and academic records

Whenever you need proof of your studies, we issue official transcripts, enrolment letters, and completion certificates. You can request an official transcript or verify your enrollment status online. Processing usually takes a few business days, and delivery times vary.

Academic policies and appeals

Our office enforces the college's academic policies, including rules on academic integrity, grading, and exam deferrals. If you need to appeal a grade or decision or request an exam deferral, follow the steps in our Policies page. We also coordinate convocation and graduation audits to make sure you meet all requirements.
