About Accessibility Services

Accessibility Services helps you succeed at Wrenford Polytechnic if you face barriers to learning. We work with you to remove obstacles in courses, exams, and campus life. Our goal is to help you build independence and self-advocacy while meeting the same academic standards as all students.

Getting started

If you have a disability or a medical condition that affects your studies, contact us as soon as possible. You do not need a final diagnosis to start the conversation, but you will need documentation from a qualified professional to set up formal accommodations. We will meet to discuss your needs and create a support plan.

To begin, call us, send an email, or book an appointment through our online portal. Bring any medical forms you already have to your first meeting.

How we support you

We offer a range of services tailored to your program and learning style. Explore the topics below to learn more about what we provide.

Parents and guardians

We value the role families play in your education. Once you turn 19, you are an adult student. We can only share information about your accommodations with your family if you give us written consent. You are responsible for contacting us, submitting your documentation, and managing your support plan each term. We encourage you to bring a parent or guardian to your intake meeting for moral support, but the conversation will focus on your goals and your next steps.

Contact us

Accessibility Services is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are located on the Benchlands Campus. Call us or send an email to book your intake appointment.
