Tuition & Fees

What we do

We manage tuition billing, payment deadlines, and account support. Our office helps you plan how to pay for your program, connects you with the provincial student financial assistance program, and reviews requests for payment plans, fee waivers, and deferrals. If you have questions about your bill, we are here to help.

Tuition rates for 2026–27

Your tuition covers two terms and varies by credential type and residency status. All rates are for the 2026–27 academic year.

  • Ontario College Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma: $3,480 to $4,260 per year
  • Ontario College Graduate Certificate: $4,680 per year
  • Bachelor of Applied Technology or Bachelor of Applied Business: $6,940 per year
  • Apprenticeship in-school training: $1,190 per level
  • International students: $17,600 to $21,400 per year, depending on your program

See the tuition and fees hub for a full breakdown. Your final bill may differ slightly based on course selection and program length.

Payment deadlines

Students must pay outstanding balances before the term start date to access course materials. Late payments can result in registration cancellation and loss of access to learning materials.

  • Fall tuition due: August 3, 2026
  • Winter tuition due: December 7, 2026

Check your balance and make a secure payment through the myWrenford portal. Pay your fees walks you through the process.

Payment support

If you cannot pay the full amount by the deadline, you have options. We can help you set up a payment plan, apply for a fee waiver, or appeal a fee assessment. You may also qualify for a tuition fee deferral if you are waiting on provincial student financial assistance or an external scholarship.

Ancillary fees

These fees cover campus services like the health centre, library, athletics, and student association. The total is $1,125 per year and is charged alongside your tuition. Ancillary fees explained breaks down what each fee supports.
