How to pay your fees
You can pay your tuition and fees through the myWrenford student portal, by mail, or in person at the Student Financial Aid office. Paying online or by phone is free, though a small processing fee applies to credit card payments.
- Online: Log in to myWrenford and select "Pay fees" under the Finances tab. You can pay with a Canadian cheque, money order, or debit/credit card.
- By mail: Send a personal cheque or money order payable to "Wrenford Polytechnic" to the Student Financial Aid office at 1500 Benchlands Drive, Wrenford, ON N4Q 2B1. Write your student number on the back of the cheque.
- In person: Visit the Student Financial Aid office in Hollis Hall on the Benchlands Campus. We accept cash, debit, and cheque during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Payment deadlines
All fees must be paid in full before the start of your term. If you have an outstanding balance on your account, you will not be able to access course materials or check your grades until the balance is cleared. You can check your exact balance and see upcoming charges at any time by logging into Check your fee balance.
- Fall 2026: August 3, 2026
- Winter 2027: December 7, 2026
- Spring/Summer 2027: May 3, 2027
Payment plans and fee deferrals
If you need more time to pay, you can apply for a payment plan or a fee deferral.
Payment plans
Domestic students can split their tuition into up to four monthly payments. There is no interest on payment plans, but there is a small setup fee. To set up a plan, go to Set up a tuition payment plan before your term starts. Request a tuition payment plan
Fee deferrals
A fee deferral gives you extra time to pay if you are waiting for government student aid (Ontario student financial assistance) or an external scholarship. To request a deferral, submit the application through myWrenford before your payment deadline. We will review your application within five business days. If your deferral is approved, you will not be dropped from your classes while you wait for your funding. Contact Student Financial Aid
What happens if you don't pay
If your fees are not paid by the deadline, and you do not have an approved payment plan or deferral, you will receive a financial hold on your account. This means you will not be able to register for the next term, access your grades, or receive your transcript. If you are in the middle of a term, you may also be dropped from your classes for non-payment. Late fees of $50 will be added to your balance after the deadline passes.
