Who should apply here

If you are a new student looking to join a full-time program, a part-time program, Continuing Education, or an international program, this page covers your next steps. You do not need to be admitted to a program to submit your application. You will need to be enrolled in full-time studies to access residence and certain student services once you start.

How to apply

Follow these steps to submit your application for the 2026–27 academic year.

  1. Choose your program and intake. Browse the program list and select your preferred credential (certificate, diploma, advanced diploma, graduate certificate, or applied bachelor's degree). Programs start in September, January, or May.
  2. Submit your application form. Domestic full-time applicants apply through the provincial college application service. Part-time learners and Continuing Education students register directly through the polytechnic. International applicants use the Wrenford Polytechnic application form on our site.
  3. Upload your documents in myWrenford. After you submit your form, you will receive a student number and a temporary password. Use these to log in to the portal and upload your transcripts, proof of language proficiency, and any required identification. Do not email or mail paper copies unless a program coordinator specifically asks for them.
  4. Check your status. You can track your application progress in the same portal. We will send your admission decision to the email address you provided.

Deadlines and fees

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The equal consideration date for fall admission is March 1, 2027. Applying before this date gives you the best chance of securing your program seat and residence space. Applications received after this date are processed as seats remain available.

There is no fee to submit your application. Tuition varies by credential and program. Domestic students pay between $3,480 and $4,260 per year for certificates and diplomas, $4,680 for graduate certificates, and $6,940 for applied bachelor's degrees. International students pay $17,600 for certificates and diplomas, $18,900 for graduate certificates, and $21,400 for applied bachelor's degrees. You will pay these fees to the registrar after you accept your offer. See the Tuition & Fees page for a full breakdown of ancillary costs.
