Residence
Welcome to Wrenford Polytechnic residence. Our office supports every student who lives on the Benchlands Campus, helping you settle in and stay comfortable throughout the year. We manage two residence buildings: Larch House, which offers traditional rooms for 420 students, and Ashgrove House, which provides four-bedroom suites for 310 students. Our team handles room assignments, housing agreements, and daily living questions so you can focus on your studies.
You can reach the residence office by phone at 519-555-0175. We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you need emergency support after hours, please contact Campus Security at 519-555-0176. For any medical emergency, call 911 first.

Residence applications open on February 1, 2027. We encourage you to apply early, as rooms fill quickly. Once you are accepted, you will receive your move-in details and housing agreement through the student portal. A mandatory meal plan costs $4,600 per year and is required for all Larch House residents. Ashgrove House suite residents may opt out of the meal plan.
