Welcome to Wrenford Polytechnic
The International Student Office helps you prepare for your studies, navigate Canadian immigration requirements and adjust to life in Ontario. Our team guides you from the moment you apply until graduation and beyond. We work closely with the Registrar, Student Financial Aid and the Student Association to ensure you have every resource you need.
Where we are and when we are open
Visit the International Student Office on the Benchlands Campus. We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Drop-in advising is available without an appointment. You can also book a longer meeting through your student portal.

Before you arrive
International applicants apply directly through Wrenford Polytechnic, not through the provincial college application service. Once you have an offer of admission, we will walk you through the next steps.

Immigration, health and study permits
We assist with study permit applications, maintaining your study permit status and enrolling in provincial health insurance. Our advisors are licensed immigration consultants who can answer questions about work rights and post-graduation options. You must keep your enrollment status current and notify us immediately of any changes to your program or address.

Support on campus
Getting settled in Wrenford can take time. We offer orientation sessions, cultural adjustment workshops and regular drop-in advising. You can also connect with a peer mentor from the Student Association or join the Wrenford Kestrels to meet other students through athletics.
