What is a tuition receipt?
A tuition receipt is an official record of the fees you have paid for a specific term or the full academic year. You can use it for your personal records, for a tax return, or to prove that you have paid your fees. The receipt lists your student number, the dates you were registered, the courses you paid for, and the total amount charged.
Who can use this?
This service is for any student who has paid fees through Wrenford Polytechnic. It includes full-time students, part-time students, and Continuing Education learners. You can view and print your receipt as many times as you need.
How to download your receipt
You can access your tuition receipt through the myWrenford student portal. Follow these steps:
- Open a web browser and go to the myWrenford login page.
- Enter your student ID and password to sign in.
- Click on the Student Self Service menu.
- Select Tuition and fees.
- Click View or download your tuition receipt.
- Choose the term or academic year you need.
- Save the file to your computer or print it directly.
You can also view your payment history and fee balance in the same section. If you need to check the amount you still owe, visit Check your fee balance.
When are receipts available?
For the current academic year, you can download your receipt as soon as a payment is processed. The system updates within one business day.
If you need a receipt for a past tax year, the final tax document is usually available by the end of February. The document will cover fees paid from the previous September through the current August.
Are there fees to download a receipt?
No. Viewing and downloading your tuition receipt is free. There is no charge to print it or save it as a PDF.
What if you cannot access your receipt?
If you have forgotten your myWrenford password, you can reset it on the login page. If you are still having trouble, or if your receipt does not show the correct amount, contact the office that handles your account.
