What ancillary fees cover
When you enrol at Wrenford Polytechnic, your tuition is not the only cost you will pay. Every student who takes at least one course is charged an ancillary fee. This fee supports the services and facilities you use every day. The total is $1,125 per year, billed across your terms.
Your ancillary fee pays for the following services and resources:
- Student Association programming and advocacy
- Athletics and recreation facilities, including the Kestrel Centre
- Falls Library & Learning Commons and tutoring
- Health Centre visits for all enrolled students
- IT Service Desk and campus Wi-Fi
- Campus Security and emergency services
- Student identification cards
- Administrative and registration services
When fees are due
Ancillary fees are billed each term alongside your tuition. You must pay them before the start of your classes to avoid holds on your account. The payment deadlines are:
- Fall term: August 3, 2026
- Winter term: December 7, 2026
If you register after the deadline, you must pay your fees in full before you can access course materials in myWrenford.
How to view and pay
You can view your current fee balance, see exactly what you owe, and make a payment through the myWrenford portal. Log in to your student account, go to the fees section, and select the payment method you prefer. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or online banking. A small service charge applies to credit card transactions.
Payment plans and financial help
If paying the full amount by the deadline is difficult, you can split your fees into monthly payments. Visit Request a tuition payment plan to see the options and sign up. Payment plans must be arranged before the term start date. If you need help navigating fees or believe your circumstances require special consideration, contact the Student Financial Aid office. They can also explain how provincial student financial assistance applies to your account.
