Transcripts

Transcripts

Your transcript is an official record of every course you have taken at Wrenford Polytechnic and the grades you earned. You can use it to transfer to another school, apply for a job, or meet apprenticeship requirements. This page explains how to get a copy if you are a current or former student.

How to order a transcript

You can get an unofficial copy instantly through the student portal. You can order an official copy to send directly to another organisation or to pick up yourself.

Unofficial transcripts

You can view and print an unofficial transcript at any time.

  1. Log in to the student portal.
  2. Go to the student records section.
  3. Select unofficial transcript and print or save it as a PDF.

Official transcripts

Official copies must be ordered through the student portal or in person at the Registrar. We do not accept requests by email or fax.

  1. Log in to the student portal.
  2. Find the Registrar services section and select Request official transcript.
  3. Enter the name and address of the organisation receiving the transcript.
  4. Choose a delivery method. You can select secure electronic delivery if the receiving school supports it, or paper mail.
  5. Pay the fee using a credit card or debit card.
  6. Submit the request.

You can also place an in-person request at the Registrar's office during business hours. Bring a valid photo identification.

Fees and processing time

The fee is $15 per copy. Rush processing is available for $25 per copy and is ready within one business day. We generally prepare requests within five to seven business days. Final grades must be posted before we can print a transcript for a term that has just ended.

Holds and pickups

If you choose campus pickup, you will receive an email when your transcript is ready. We hold in-person requests for three months. If you do not pick it up, we securely destroy it and you must place a new order. You cannot order or pick up a transcript on someone else's behalf. If another person collects it for you, they must bring a signed authorisation form and their own photo identification.
