Update your contact information
You can update your mailing address, phone number, or email address in the student system. Keeping your details current ensures you receive important messages, financial aid updates, and academic notices. If your contact information is outdated, you may miss critical deadlines or important college communications. You can make these changes yourself through the student portal at any time.
How to update your details
- Log in to myWrenford with your student credentials.
- Go to the Student Centre on your dashboard.
- Click Personal Information under the Registrar section.
- Select the field you want to change, such as your mailing address, phone number, or email address.
- Enter the new information and click Save Changes.
Important notes
- Email address: You must keep a valid email address on file. If you change your email, you will receive a confirmation message at your new address. You must verify the new address before the change takes effect.
- Mailing address: If you move off campus or leave residence, you can update your mailing address to ensure mail is forwarded correctly. You can also use your mailing address for official transcripts and degree documents.
- Phone number: Update your phone number if you get a new mobile or home line. The college uses this number for important academic and financial notices.
- No fee: There is no charge to update your contact information in the system.

If you cannot access myWrenford, or if you need a paper form, contact the Registrar's Office. A staff member can verify your identity and update your details for you.
