IT Service Desk
We are your first point of contact for all technology issues on campus. Whether you are a student, staff member, or faculty, we are here to help you get the most out of your digital tools. We assist with account access, software troubleshooting, and setting up your personal laptop on the campus Wi-Fi network. We also provide guidance on using classroom audio-visual equipment and answer questions about digital resources.
Where to find us
Our desk is located in the Benchlands Campus in the Kingfisher Building, Room 114. We are open to walk-in students during business hours. If you have a complex issue, we can book a one-on-one appointment so we can give you our full attention.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
