Resetting your password and unlocking your account

If you cannot log in to your myWrenford student portal, you can reset your password yourself. This guide covers how to unlock your account, change your credentials, and update your contact details. You can use this self-service tool as long as you have access to your registered email address or phone number.

Step-by-step reset instructions

  1. Go to the myWrenford login page and click the Forgot password link.
  2. Enter your student ID or the email address linked to your account.
  3. Complete the on-screen security check to verify you are a student.
  4. Choose your preferred verification method. You will receive a one-time code by email or text message.
  5. Enter the code on the reset page.
  6. Type a new password, confirm it, and save your changes.
  7. Sign in to myWrenford with your new password.

Updating your account credentials

You can also update your phone number or email address in your profile. Log in to myWrenford, select Account Settings, and choose Edit contact information. Save your changes. If you cannot log in because your contact details have changed, you must verify your identity with the IT Service Desk before we can update your record.

Creating a secure password

Choose a password that is at least twelve characters long. Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse a password from other websites. If you receive a warning that your password is too weak, add more characters or change the words you selected. You can change your password at any time after you log in.

Fees and deadlines

There is no fee to reset your password or update your account credentials. You can complete this process at any time during the academic year. We recommend changing your password every few months to keep your account secure.

If you do not have access to your registered email or phone number, or if the reset link does not arrive, contact the IT Service Desk. We can verify your identity and restore your account access.
