Welcome to the Health Centre
The Health Centre at Wrenford Polytechnic provides confidential care and health advice to all registered students. Our team includes registered nurses and health professionals who can help with minor illnesses, injuries, and general wellness questions. We are here to keep you safe and healthy while you study.
Location and hours
We are located in Corvid Hall, Room 205, on the Benchlands Campus. Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please note that the centre closes early between academic terms on December 23 and January 2. Health Centre hours
How to reach us
You can call the main switchboard at 519-555-0170 and ask for the Health Centre. For immunization review questions, use 519-555-0170, ext. 4090. For emergencies requiring an ambulance, call 911 first.
Book a clinic visit
If you need a check-up or feel unwell, you can schedule an appointment with a nurse. Walk-ins are welcome when nurses are available, but booking ahead ensures you get a timely slot. Book a clinic visit
Immunization requirements
Certain programs require proof of vaccination before you start classes or begin a work placement. You must submit the Student Health Clearance Form early, as some vaccines take time to complete. The deadline to submit your health clearance is September 1, 2026, for the fall term, January 15, 2027, for the winter term, and May 1, 2027, for the spring/summer term. Immunization requirements

Prescription refill request
