Opening hours
The Health Centre is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We are closed on weekends and all statutory holidays. The clinic will also close early on December 23 and January 2 to allow staff to rest between terms.
How to see a nurse or doctor
Most visits are walk-in, but we strongly encourage you to Book a clinic visit ahead of time so you do not have to wait in the lobby. When you arrive, check in at the front desk with your student card. If you have a known condition or take regular medication, bring a list of your prescriptions to every visit.
Prescription refills and immunizations
For routine medication top-ups, you can Prescription refill request through the student portal. Please allow three business days for us to contact your pharmacy and receive a response. If you need vaccines for your program or travel, review the Immunization requirements on the student health page before you come in.
After-hours care and emergencies
Our nurses and physicians are not on site after 4:30 p.m. or on holidays. If you need medical help outside of these hours, contact Campus Security at 519-555-0176. They can dispatch a nurse for urgent issues or direct you to the nearest community clinic. For life-threatening symptoms, call 911 first and then alert Campus Security so they can guide emergency responders to your location.
Where to find us
The Health Centre is located on the Benchlands Campus in Corvid Hall, Room 205. Look for the green cross signs near the main entrance and the student services offices. Accessible entry is available through the east doors.
