Check your fee balance

You can view your current charges, payments, and account status through the myWrenford student portal. This page explains what you will see on your balance, how to access it, and who to contact if you have questions.

How to view your balance

  1. Log in to myWrenford using your student number and password.
  2. Click on the Student Financial Aid tab in the main menu.
  3. Select View Account Balance from the dropdown list.
  4. Your current statement will appear on the screen. You can download or print a PDF copy for your records.

What your balance includes

Your fee balance shows all charges and payments for the current academic year. It may include:

  • Tuition fees: Domestic students pay between $3,480 and $4,260 per year for certificate and diploma programs, $4,680 for graduate certificates, and $6,940 for applied bachelor's degrees. Apprenticeship levels are $1,190. International students pay $17,600 to $21,400 per year depending on their program.
  • Ancillary fees: A standard $1,125 per year covers student services, athletics, and campus facilities.
  • Residence and meal plan: If you live on campus, your balance will show $7,950 for a traditional room in Larch House or $9,100 for a suite in Ashgrove House. The mandatory meal plan for Larch House residents is $4,600.
  • Parking permits: Student permits cost $210 per term.
  • Health plan: International students are required to pay $480 per year for the Wrenford Poly student health plan.

Important payment deadlines

Make sure your balance is paid by the deadlines below to avoid late fees or registration holds:

  • August 3, 2026: Fall term tuition and fees are due.
  • December 7, 2026: Winter term tuition and fees are due.

Charges for the Spring/Summer term appear in early May and are due by the end of that term.
