Book a group tutoring room

Book a study or tutoring room

You can reserve a quiet study space or a collaborative room in the Falls Library & Learning Commons for your group. Whether you are preparing for an exam, working on a project, or meeting a tutor, you will find a room that fits your needs. All spaces are free for Wrenford Polytechnic students, faculty, and staff.

Who can book

Any current student or staff member can reserve a room. Groups should have two to six people. If your group is larger, you will need to book two rooms or find a space in the Kestrel Centre or the Student Union Building.

How to book a room

  1. Visit the online room booking portal using your student email.
  2. Choose your date and the time slot you need.
  3. Select a room type. Choose a quiet room for focused study or a collaborative room for group work and tutoring.
  4. Confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation email with the room number and a QR code for check-in.

You can book up to four hours per week. If you need a room for the same day, you must request it at least twenty-four hours in advance.

Room rules

  • Keep noise to a minimum in quiet rooms. Use the collaborative rooms for discussions.
  • Do not bring food or drinks near computers or electronics.
  • Leave the room clean and return all chairs and whiteboards to their original places.
  • If you cannot make your booking, cancel it at least two hours before the start time so others can use the space.
  • Bring your student card. You may be asked to show it at the door.

Accessibility and accommodations

If you need an accessible room, assistive technology, or a specific layout for your group, contact Accessibility Services. They will work with you to find the right space. You can also email [email protected] for questions about room accessibility.
