Verify your certificate

Verify your Continuing Education certificate

Employers, licensing bodies, and other educational institutions can use our public verification tool to confirm the authenticity of a Wrenford Polytechnic Continuing Education certificate. This free online service allows you to check the status of a certificate quickly and securely. The tool is designed to save time and give you a reliable answer without waiting for an email reply.

Who can use the tool

The verification tool is open to anyone. You do not need a Wrenford Polytechnic login to use it. It is designed for:

  • Employers checking a new hire's qualifications
  • Professional regulatory bodies confirming course completion
  • Other colleges or universities processing transfer credits
  • Graduates who want to test the tool before sharing their certificate with others

How to verify a certificate

Follow these steps to check a certificate online:

  1. Go to the Certificate verification tool page on our website.
  2. Enter the eight-digit certificate number found on the graduate's document. The number is usually printed near the top right corner.
  3. Enter the graduate's first and last name exactly as it appears on the certificate.
  4. Click Verify to see the results.

The system will show the certificate status, the program name, the completion date, and the campus where the training took place. If the certificate does not appear in the system, the number or name may be entered incorrectly. Please double-check the details before trying again. You can also check the graduate's email for a copy of the original document if they have misplaced their certificate.

Fees and deadlines

There is no fee to use the certificate verification tool. The service is free for all users. You can check certificates at any time, and there are no deadlines or processing waits. You will receive the verification result instantly on your screen. The tool does not store your search history, so you do not need to worry about leaving personal data on a shared computer.
