Exchange and return policy

This policy covers the rules and time limits for returning unused merchandise with original receipts to the Campus Store. It applies to all students, staff, faculty, and visitors who purchase items at our retail locations on either campus.

Time limits

You have thirty days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item. We keep your purchase history in our system for one year, but we strongly recommend holding onto your paper or digital receipt to speed up the process.

Condition of items

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Tags must still be attached to clothing and accessories. We cannot accept returns on opened software, perishable goods, or custom-printed items, including any apparel ordered through our custom apparel portal.

How to return or exchange

Follow these steps to complete your return or exchange:

  1. Bring the item and your original receipt to the Campus Store counter.
  2. Present a valid student, staff, or faculty identification card.
  3. Tell the team member whether you want a direct exchange or a refund.
  4. Sign the return slip and keep your copy for your records.

Refunds and payment methods

We issue refunds to the original payment method whenever possible. If you paid by cheque, the refund cheque will be mailed to your home address within ten business days. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund appears on your statement within five to seven business days. If the original payment method is unavailable, we offer store credit instead.

Exceptions

Items marked as final sale, clearance goods, or heavily discounted products are not eligible for return. Gift cards are also non-refundable. If you received an item as a gift, the original purchaser must bring their receipt to process the exchange or refund.

Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we are closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
