Who needs to register
If you plan to drive a car, motorcycle, or truck to either the Benchlands Campus or the Mercer Street Campus, you must register your vehicle with Campus Security. This applies to full-time and part-time students, faculty, and staff. Visitors use Lot A and pay by plate.
What you need
Before you start, have the following ready:
- Your Wrenford Polytechnic student or staff ID number
- Vehicle licence plate number
- Vehicle make, model, and year
- Proof of valid insurance
- Payment method for the permit fee
How to register
Follow these steps to register your vehicle for the term:
- Log in to the myWrenford portal using your student credentials.
- Select the Parking & Vehicle Registration option under Current Students.
- Enter your vehicle details and upload a copy of your insurance card.
- Pay the permit fee using a credit card or debit card.
- Print the digital permit and display it clearly on your vehicle dashboard or hang it in the rear window.
Registration takes effect immediately after payment. You can manage or transfer your permit through the same portal.
Fees and deadlines
A student parking permit is $210 per term. This fee covers access to Lot B, Lot C, and Lot D. If you are a resident of Larch House or Ashgrove House, you must use Lot C. Lot A is for visitors and hourly parking only.
Register early in the term to avoid delays. If you do not have a permit, you will be issued a violation ticket. Transferring a permit to another person is free, but you must submit the change through the portal within seven days.
Parking rules and violations
Keep your permit visible at all times. Campus Security staff may ask to see your student ID and permit together. If you leave your vehicle in a restricted area, fire lane, or without a valid permit, you will receive a fine. After three unpaid violations, your vehicle may be towed at your expense. Towing happens immediately without notice.
