Unofficial transcripts
You can view and print an unofficial copy of your transcript at any time. Log in to myWrenford, go to the Student Self-Service menu, and select View Academic Transcript. This copy shows your current and past courses, grades, and program status. Employers and schools often accept unofficial transcripts for initial review.
Official transcripts
Official transcripts are sealed, signed records sent directly to the requesting institution or employer. You can order them online through myWrenford or in person at the Registrar office.
Order online
- Log in to myWrenford.
- Navigate to Student Self-Service and select Request Official Transcript.
- Enter the name and address of the recipient. You can add multiple recipients.
- Choose your delivery method: secure digital delivery or paper mail.
- Pay the $15 fee using a credit card or debit card.
Online requests are processed within three to five business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the transcript is released.
Order in person
If you prefer to order a transcript on campus, visit the Registrar office in Hollis Hall during business hours. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. You can pay by cash, debit, or credit card. Same-day processing is available for an additional $10 fee if you submit your request before 10 a.m.
Delivery and pick-up options
- Secure digital delivery: The Registrar sends a tamper-proof electronic copy directly to the recipient's verified email address. This is the fastest option and is accepted by most Canadian institutions and employers.
- Paper mail: We will mail a sealed, stamped transcript to the recipient's address. Domestic mail takes five to seven business days. International mail takes two to three weeks. A $5 surcharge applies to international shipping.
- Campus pick-up: You can pick up a sealed transcript yourself. Orders held for pick-up are kept for 30 days. After that, they are securely destroyed, and you must place a new order.
Important details
Transcripts will not be released until all financial obligations to the college are cleared. If you have outstanding balances, you must settle them before your transcript is processed. You can check your account balance in myWrenford under Student Financial Aid.
If you need a transcript sent with a supplemental form (such as a program application or employer verification), you must upload the form through myWrenford at the same time as your transcript request. Processing for supplemental requests takes five to seven business days.
If you notice an error on your transcript, contact the Registrar office immediately. Staff will review the record and correct any mistakes before it is released.
