What this service covers
You can order a transcript to show your course history, grades, and completion dates for any Continuing Education certificate or short course you have taken at Wrenford Polytechnic. Transcripts are often needed for employers, professional designations, or further study. An official transcript carries the Registrar's seal and signature, while an unofficial transcript is printed directly from your student portal and is fine for personal records.
Who this is for
This service is for anyone who has completed a Continuing Education course or program at the polytechnic, whether you studied full-time, part-time, or online. If you are still enrolled in a course, you can view your current grades in your student portal, but a transcript will only show completed courses and final grades.
How to request a transcript
You can request an official or unofficial transcript in three ways.
1. Online through your student portal
Log in to myWrenford, go to the Registrar section, and select Request Transcript. You will need to confirm your mailing or email address. The system will send an unofficial copy to your email right away. If you need an official copy to be mailed or sent securely, select that option and follow the prompts.
2. By mail or email
Fill out the Transcript Request Form and send it to the Registrar's office. You must sign the form to confirm your identity. If you are requesting an official copy, please print and sign the form before sending it.
3. In person
Visit the Registrar's office during business hours and fill out a request form at the counter. Bring a valid piece of photo identification so staff can verify your account.
Fees and processing times
The first official copy of your transcript is free. If you need additional copies, there is a $10 fee per copy. Unofficial transcripts printed from your student portal are always free.
Standard processing takes five business days from the time your request is received. If you need your transcript sooner, you can pay an extra $25 for expedited processing, which will be ready within one business day.
Deadlines
Please submit your request at least two weeks before you need it. This gives the Registrar's office enough time to prepare and mail the document, especially during busy periods like the start of the Fall term or when many students graduate.
