This page lists the on-duty officers, extension numbers, and direct lines for specific campus zones and residence halls. You can use it to reach the right security team member quickly, whether you are walking between classes, heading to the gym, or returning to your residence late at night.
Who should use this list
Every student, staff member, and visitor on campus should keep this list handy. It is especially useful for residents of Larch House and Ashgrove House, students using the gym or library late, and anyone working in the workshops or labs. If you notice suspicious activity, a safety hazard, or need a personal safety escort, call the number for your current location.
How to contact Campus Security
Follow these steps to get the help you need:
- Identify your current location using the lists below.
- Dial the listed extension or direct line. All calls connect to our main switchboard, which routes you to the officer on duty at that site.
- For life-threatening emergencies or crimes in progress, call 911 first. Campus Security responds immediately after emergency services arrive.
- Stay on the line until the officer tells you it is safe to hang up. Provide your name, location, and a brief description of the situation.
There is no fee to call Campus Security for safety concerns, safety escorts, or reporting incidents. If you need help after hours, use the same numbers. The security team is on duty twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
