What you can do
You can schedule your midterms and final exams at the Testing Centre. The centre is located inside the Falls Library & Learning Commons on the Benchlands Campus. You can book your exam online through myWrenford, or you can visit the desk in person during open hours. The Testing Centre provides a quiet, secure space for you to write your assessments and gives you the time and equipment you need to do your best work.
Who it is for
This service is for all full-time and part-time students at Wrenford Polytechnic. It covers exams for every program in the School of Business & Media, School of Computing & Academic Studies, School of Construction & the Environment, School of Energy & Applied Engineering, School of Health Sciences, and School of Skilled Trades & Transportation. If your course outline says you must write an invigilated exam, you need to book a slot.
How to book
- Check the Academic Calendar to see your term's exam window. Fall exams run from December 14 to 18, 2026, and Winter exams run from April 19 to 23, 2027.
- Log in to myWrenford using your student username and password.
- Click the Testing Centre tab in the student portal menu.
- Select your course from the list and choose a date and time that fits your schedule.
- Print or save your confirmation page. You must bring this and a valid student ID to the exam.

Fees and deadlines
There is no fee to book a regular midterm or final exam. Tuition covers all exam coordination costs. You must confirm your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If you need to change or cancel your slot, do so through myWrenford. No-shows may require you to book a new time and wait for an available slot.
Accessibility and special requests
If you require an accommodation, such as extended time or a separate room, contact Accessibility Services as soon as you know you need it. They will coordinate the details with the Testing Centre. You cannot book an accommodation slot without an active accommodation letter.
