Tuition and fees for international students
Welcome to Wrenford Polytechnic. If you are studying in Canada on a study permit, this page covers your tuition, mandatory fees, payment deadlines, and refund rules. You apply directly through our own international application form. You do not use the provincial college application service.
Tuition
International tuition is set by credential type. We do not charge per course. You pay a flat annual rate for your program level.

Ancillary fees
All full-time students pay an annual ancillary fee of $1,125. This covers student services, campus security, IT support, and the student association.
Health and travel insurance is mandatory for all international students. You must enroll through the college health plan or prove you have comparable coverage. Visit our health and travel insurance page for details.
How to pay
You must pay your tuition and ancillary fees by the deadline for your term. If you miss the deadline, you will be charged a late fee and may lose your course registration.
- Fall term: August 3, 2026
- Winter term: December 7, 2026
- Spring/summer term: May 10, 2027
You can pay online through your student portal. Accepted methods include credit card, Visa debit, bank draft, cheque, and e-transfer. A small processing fee applies to credit card payments. If you cannot pay in full, you can set up a payment plan through the portal. Payment plans must be arranged before the term deadline.
Refunds and deferrals
If you need to change your plans, review our refund and deferral policy. Deposits are non-refundable once your Letter of Acceptance is issued, except in cases of study permit denial or compassionate withdrawal. Deferral requests must be submitted before the term add/drop date. Contact Student Financial Aid if you have a third-party sponsor paying your fees. They will send a sponsorship letter to our fees office before the deadline.
