Set up a tuition payment plan

What is a tuition payment plan?

A tuition payment plan lets you split your term tuition into smaller monthly payments instead of paying the full amount at once. You can use it for full-time and part-time programs. The plan covers tuition only. Ancillary fees are still due on the standard deadlines.

Who can use it

The plan is available to all domestic students enrolled in full-time or part-time programs. International students must pay their tuition in full each term or arrange a separate sponsor agreement through the Student Financial Aid office.

How to set it up

You set up the plan through your myWrenford account. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to myWrenford.
  2. Go to the Tuition & Fees section.
  3. Select Pay your fees.
  4. Click Set up payment plan.
  5. Choose your term and confirm the number of installments.
  6. Pay the one-time setup fee with a credit card or debit card.

Your first payment will be due immediately. The remaining payments will be charged automatically on the first business day of each month for the term.

Fees and deadlines

A $50 setup fee applies to each term. This fee is non-refundable.

You must set up your payment plan by the term tuition due date. For Fall 2026, that is August 3, 2026. For Winter 2027, it is December 7, 2026.

If you do not set up a plan or pay in full by the deadline, you will be charged a $75 late fee. You may also be blocked from registering for future terms until the balance is cleared.
