What is an enrollment status letter?
An enrollment status letter is an official document from the Registrar's Office that confirms your registration level at Wrenford Polytechnic. The letter will clearly state whether you are enrolled as a full-time or part-time student, your current program of study, and your expected graduation date. Many external organizations require this document to verify your student standing before approving an application or benefit.
Who needs this letter?
You may need an enrollment status letter for a variety of reasons. Common requests come from:
- Scholarship and bursary providers who require proof of full-time study
- Government student aid offices that verify enrollment before releasing funds
- Off-campus landlords who ask for active student status
- Employers or union training programs that sponsor education
- Program coordinators who need to confirm your academic standing
How to request your letter
You can order your letter securely online through myWrenford. Follow these steps to submit your request:
- Log in to myWrenford using your student ID and password.
- Navigate to the Registrar Services section on your dashboard.
- Open the Enrollment Verification Request form.
- Select your current registration level (full-time or part-time), the academic term, and the name of the organization receiving the letter.
- Review your details and submit the form.
You will receive an email confirmation once the Registrar's Office begins processing your request. If you need a physical copy mailed or a digital PDF delivered directly to an organization, select the appropriate delivery method on the form.
Fees and processing time
There is no fee to request an enrollment status letter. The Registrar's Office processes standard requests within one to two business days. If your deadline is approaching, submit your request at least three business days in advance to allow for processing and delivery.
Common issues and account holds
Your enrollment status letter will only reflect your active registration. If your account has a hold from Student Financial Aid, Campus Security, or the library, the letter will note that you are not cleared for enrollment. You must clear any holds with the relevant office before the Registrar can issue a valid status letter. If you are unsure why your account is held, contact the office listed on your myWrenford dashboard.
