Keeping your information safe
At Wrenford Polytechnic, we collect and use your personal information only when we need it to run classes, issue grades, manage financial aid, and keep our campuses safe. We follow provincial privacy law and only share your data with other colleges or employers when you give us clear permission.
Your student records
Academic records, grades, and programme enrolment details are kept in the registrar system. You can view your official transcripts and request copies through the Registrar's Office. If you notice an error on your record, you have the right to ask for a correction.
Campus cameras and access
Video cameras cover entrances, hallways, and parking lots to help keep students and staff safe. We do not record inside classrooms or private offices. If you have questions about how our security systems work, the Campus Security team can explain the policy in person.
Digital privacy and accounts
When you log in to myWrenford, check email, or use the library databases, we track basic usage data to keep the system running smoothly. We do not sell your browsing history or give it to advertisers. The IT Service Desk manages password resets and account security.
Official rules and contacts
Full details on data retention, third-party sharing, and your right to access your file are in our official policies. The complete terms of use also cover website cookies and online forms.
If you want to speak with the privacy officer or submit a formal request, email the registrar or drop by Hollis Hall during regular office hours.
