About Sylvie

Sylvie Laframboise is the Vice-President, Students at Wrenford Polytechnic. She leads the division responsible for student life, residence, accessibility, health, and counselling services across the Benchlands and Mercer Street campuses.

Before joining Wrenford, Sylvie spent over fifteen years in post-secondary student affairs in Ontario. Her career has focused on building inclusive campus environments where students from all backgrounds can succeed. She has served in both student affairs and institutional research roles, giving her a practical view of how data and student voice can shape better policies.

Students and staff can contact her about university-wide student initiatives, residence policies, accessibility services, and student wellness programs. She works closely with the Student Association, athletics, and campus security to ensure campus life is safe and supportive.

Sylvie holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and is a member of the Canadian Association of Student Affairs Professionals.
