Wrenford Polytechnic welcomes members of the press, independent content creators, and documentary filmmakers. Our Communications Office handles all requests for interviews, facility tours, and official statements. We aim to respond to every inquiry promptly so you can meet your deadlines.
How to contact the Communications Office
For media inquiries, story leads, or to speak with a spokesperson, email [email protected] or call 519-555-0170, ext. 4100. Please include your name, publication or platform, and a brief outline of your story. We typically reply within one business day.
Media pass and campus safety
Approved media requests will receive a campus media pass and a brief safety orientation. The pass grants you access to designated areas during active terms. You must wear the pass visibly at all times while on campus. The pass is non-transferable and must be returned to the Communications Office when your visit ends.
Photographing students and staff
You must not photograph or record a student, staff member, or visitor without their clear consent. If you plan to capture images or audio of people, please coordinate with the Communications Office in advance so we can arrange interviews and obtain the necessary permissions. We respect the privacy of our community and ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Requesting official photos and video
Our archive contains high-resolution images of our campuses, program spaces, and student activities. You can browse and download approved media assets through our News section. For custom photography or video shoots, please submit your request at least two weeks in advance. We will coordinate with program staff and the Viewbook production team to schedule your session.
