Residence Info Session

Thinking about living on campus? Join us for a virtual information session about residence at Wrenford Polytechnic. We will cover the two residence buildings, room types, meal plans, and what it is like to live in a community with other students.

This session is a great chance to ask questions about living in a traditional room at Larch House or a suite at Ashgrove House. You will also learn about the application process and important dates.

What you will learn

  • Room options: Traditional rooms in Larch House and four-bedroom suites in Ashgrove House.
  • Fees: A breakdown of room costs, including the mandatory meal plan for Larch House students.
  • Application process: How to apply, when the application opens, and what to expect after you apply.
  • Life on campus: Rules, community events, and support services available to residents.

Who should attend

This session is for incoming first-year students, but current students who are moving into residence are welcome too. If you have specific questions about accessibility or support, please let us know when you register so we can make sure someone is available to help.

How to register

Registration is free. You can sign up through myWrenford or by calling the Residence office at 519-555-0175. We recommend registering in advance so we can account for you in our attendance list.
