About Neil Castellanos

Neil Castellanos serves as the Vice-President, Finance & Administration at Wrenford Polytechnic. In this role, Neil oversees the institution's financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and administrative operations across the Benchlands and Mercer Street campuses.

Neil joined the polytechnic with extensive experience in public sector financial management and strategic resource allocation. Before arriving in Wrenford, Neil held senior finance roles with several regional municipal governments and non-profit organizations, where he led multi-year capital planning initiatives and improved operational efficiency through data-driven budgeting processes.

At Wrenford Polytechnic, Neil works closely with the President & CEO, senior leadership, and academic school deans to ensure that every dollar supports student success and program delivery. His office manages institutional audits, risk management, and compliance with provincial financial reporting requirements.
