About Nadia Benali

Nadia Benali is the Chair of the Civil Engineering & Geomatics department in the School of Construction & the Environment. She oversees the program curriculum for the Civil Engineering Technology and Geomatics Technician diplomas and works closely with industry partners to keep the practical training current.

Before joining Wrenford Polytechnic, Nadia spent over a decade working in municipal infrastructure planning and survey design. Her background covers road and bridge projects, stormwater management systems, and large-scale land development. She brings that hands-on experience into the classroom and the labs, showing students how the theories they learn apply to real-world builds.
