Program Description
Implementation of optical sensors and image processing for industrial inspection.
About this course
Machine vision systems use optical sensors and image processing to automate inspection tasks in manufacturing. This course covers the hardware and software needed to capture, analyse, and act on visual data. You will work with industrial cameras, lenses, and lighting setups to solve real-world inspection problems.
You will learn to configure cameras for specific environments, apply filtering techniques to isolate features, and integrate vision systems with automation equipment. The course includes hands-on labs where you build and test complete vision inspection stations.
