Basics of three-dimensional object creation, texturing, and rendering using industry-standard modeling software.
About this course
This course introduces the core principles of three-dimensional modeling. You will learn how to build, texture, and render digital objects using industry-standard software. The focus is on practical skills that you can apply in design, media, and technical visualization projects.
Topics include polygon modeling, NURBS surfaces, UV mapping, material assignment, and basic lighting setups. You will complete a series of practical exercises and two major projects to build your portfolio.
